An employee engagement platform with a chatbot called 'MyBuddy' has been incorporated to stay connected with employees and listen to them through regular surveys.

Employee engagement and Wellness activities, such as 'Global Town Hall', festival celebrations, health-based webinars led by experts, weekly workout sessions, and birthday celebrations, are planned by supervisors on a real-time basis.

Our Virtual Summer Internship Program has been continued to ensure a continuous flow of new ideas and thoughts, within the organization. We have 21 students from some of the best institutions, interning with us virtually. They are involved in business projects, reverse mentoring webinars, and in the task of creating an E-magazine that reflects on their internship experience with us. In addition, we are revamping our PMS modules to ensure more objectivity.
